Beginning Therapy
I understand that you might feel hesitant or unsure about seeking help. You can contact me by phone or email to arrange an initial session(s) which will provide us with an opportunity to meet each other and explore whether therapy might be helpful to you. At this point there is no commitment to on-going work.
If however, you decide to continue, together we would agree a regular day and time to meet each week on an on-going basis or for a fixed period of time. The establishment of regular sessions is an important part of the therapeutic process and most people find that it provides them with continuity and a sense of security whilst they are working on their emotional difficulties.
