I am an experienced, professionally qualified and BPC registered psychotherapist. I provide a confidential, safe and non-judgemental place for us to meet each week where we can really think together about what is going on for you.

I work in private practice and in the NHS. I originally undertook my professional training at WPF Therapy, considered one of the leading academic and clinical institutions for Psychotherapy in the UK, which is accredited by both BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy). I am a member of the FPC (Foundation for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and BPC (British Psychotherapy Council) and fully comply with their ethical codes.

Many people find it helpful to talk to an objective, professionally trained person outside of their family or circle of friends. Choosing the right therapist is important and involves finding someone you feel you can trust and work with, often it is the strength of the relationship between the client and therapist which is the best indicator of a good outcome. It is important that the therapist has undertaken accredited training and is appropriately registered with the relevant professional bodies.
